| Influence of high electric field on the electronic transport in thin film nanogranular composites (Co41Fe39B20)x(SiOn)100-x has been investigated. It has been established that action of the high electric field to the nanogranular composites leads to irreversible reduction of their electrical resistance (down to ~20 times) and magnetoresistive values. Temperature dependence of the composites resistance has been studied before and after influence of high electric field. The increase of average number of localized states in dielectric matrix which are responsible for the hopping conductance after the field influence have been found. |
